RS4 Competition

Well I thought the RS4 Sport Edition would be a long time keeper. I usually just modify my cars over a few years but the Competition is just too tempting. My name is down for one - instead of buying solar panels and an EV, 5 more years of petrol will do me. What surprises me and really pleases my wife is it comes with parking assist plus. Anybody know anything about it?

Are you in the UK? I'm disappointed that we only get one Spec in the UK incl one colour, no fancy seats and no ceramics.

'phew, order finally signed today. No info on what I'm getting as all UK cars are sold and the configurator is no longer available. Dealer is buying in my immaculate 3 year old 8K mile sport edition next week but I could be bribed before then. I will be sharing my wife's Cupra until delivery in March / April. Matched against my car I think I'll be missing the sunroof, seats same, auto parking very welcome. I live about 10 miles from Silverstone and had intended to modify the sport edition for track but the competition looks like a better start point.

Looks like I could be talking drivel, configuraror does not show the Competition at all and the audi salesman was clueless. It's the parking plus that sold it to the wife, let's hope.

I'll be interested to hear how you get on with Parking Plus - I've used it once or twice but it seems a bit fiddly to engage until you're used to it, so I've not got into the habit.

Once you are over the fiddly-ness it's great.......unless you encounter a fallen kerbstone and the auto-park kerbs your alloy

(as happened to me in a BMW a couple of years back)

Looking at delivery times i think most are being built May & June - there is one currently for sale on the AT for 94K - good Video on there of the actual delivered car which is good to see the exact spec

Boof £94k.
£11k over a 100mi vorsprung B9 23 reg facelift that Audi Coulsdon have, as a reference.
That paint looks nice though, I haven't seen that before.

I love my RS4 but for £94k I'd be having a look at the M3 Touring for sure.

Audiview has a good closeup of a Competition now:

Nothing external to differentiate it except the wheels? Also this one has the regular seats.
Spotted retractable window blinds in the rear. Not seen those before on a B9, unless they're in the B9.5 too? That seems to be the only cabin difference. Door puddle symbols are new to me too but I know those are interchangeable.
