An interesting video, the precursor to this was the vehicle being low-loader delivered from an Audi dealership where the owner had been told that it was a replacement engine at £17k.
These guys got the engine running by swapping camshaft sensors bank-to-bank but it clearly wasn't healthy so the engine had to come out/ Was interesting for me on two counts, 1) because I have owned a B9 and 2) because the my current F3 RSQ3 also trashed itself with a camshaft and rocker failure recently (under warranty) and was off the road for a month. The dealers have limited diagnostic capability and evidently depend on Audi tech support for instructions of what to do/what to replace.
I have a massive respect for Audi and enormous brand loyalty and this isn't good viewing.
