I have notice that when phone is connected to the car it disableds the 4G on my phone and only re appears when the car is off
Anyone know how to enable the 4G when connected to the car

Out of interest does your phone have a 3G signal?
Is it an android or apple device?

It's a Samsung S21 plus 5G

What network types is the phone configured for? If you've got it on 5G/4G etc auto try changing to 4G auto or 4G only (if you can) and see what happens.
And how are you connecting to the car, e.g. using the phone as a Hotspot via WiFi or Bluetooth? And which provider? Some networks can be iffy about tethering.

Phone set to 4G 5G auto Vodafone

I deleted the phone and re paired it and ticked use the car as internet connection this resolved the 4G connection on the phone but it did not allow access to my directory
It's a pain but I'll continue to try different setups but really should just be pair phone done
