Did you change discs and pads? 1600miles in and mines been squealing since day one. Taken to dealer twice, had them deglaze under warranty but the squealing remains - they now say nothing can be done and its a common issue on all RS models which they aren't obliged to fix under warranty...

Had all the RS4s from the B5
Never really had an issue with squeaky brakes but it did pop up now and again but a series of at least 10 hard almost stops from 70 to 10 mph would clear it up
It is usually cause by slow stop start driving building up pad material on the disks
The hard braking method will remove any pad deposits on the disk
Worst case try skimming the disk
