How about Brembo brakes? If I'm not mistaken, the OEM brakes are made by Brembo but apparently there are different types of Brembos you can fit

I've come to a B9 RS4 from a GR Yaris so maybe I am expecting too much, however, I would agree for something so quick and heavy the initial feel/bite does not inspire confidence.
