I get it on something shiny and Italian. I don’t really get it on an RS or equivalent unless it’s a keeper and you’re precious about the finish. If you’re going to daily it and bin it after three years it’s a loss leader.

Love my car but it will be gone at some point

I benefited with my 5 as the first owner fully PPF'd the car from day 1-dealer told me that he didn't' even drive it off the forecourt, it was picked up by a low loader to the garage for the PPF. Did the same with the C8 RS6 he now drives and part ex'd the 5 for. It will be a nice little selling point when I move the car on at some point next year.
