What is C86 option on my Audi.

I've just bought a new RS4 carbon black and one of the options in my Audi is C86...anyone know what this means? There is no description with it. Does anyone else have this on their myaudi App?

I havent bothered with myAudi this time as on the last two it seemed to serve zero purpose for me... maybe I should look and see, helping you would be the first useful thing I have got from it!

I have found C86 - General operating permit, alterations. Still non the wiser
