As per title, how can I tell if a car advertised has DRC?

You can't. You'd have to go into the menu to see if it has DRC or put the chassis number into a website that gives you the full spec.

there should be an obvious difference in the shocks a pipe coming off that's not on the standard set up
if i were home id take a picture of my shocks for a comparison

Look for the code 2MC on the car or on it's paperwork. Maybe VIN Sticker.
2MC is "RS Sports Suspension Plus + DRC"

Hi. Vehicles with DRC have these pipes coming from the bottom of the shocks, as seen here on the rear of a B9 RS4.
