Head Up Display lap timer in RS Mode

Does anyone know how to remove the lap timer from the Head up display graphic when RS mode is on?
The lap timer (stopped at “0.0.00” almost 364 days a year) is the bigger info shown on it.
Didn’t find any setting regarding that.

Yeah annoys me as well, seems an odd choice. Dropped mine in at dealer for a software update today and they let me take their rs7 out for a blast. On 7 the rs hud has the rev counter which is much better.

On the RS4 we have the Rev counter above the lap timer but it appears at around 5k rpm and works only close to the red zone. The RS7 style would be perfect! Who should we contact for this kind of feedbacks?

I have noticed that too. As you say, much better.
I assumed it was on the latest face life RS4 but not 100% on that.

And another annoying thing is that hud Rev counter only appears when you are in full manual mode along with the colours on the main instruments, I.e shift lever moved yo manual position. It would be nice to have the same when in temporary manual when you start using paddles in drive. Does anyone know a
VCDS hack for this?
