I still haven't actually got round to fitting mine yet, it is on the list of things to do but am a bit too busy at the moment to organise it.

Terminator_X mentions that Dynamic mode only opens the valves at 4k rpm, and is otherwise closed. Is this consistent with what you experience as well?

yes in dynamic mode it seems to open a valve and make the exhaust louder, but it does seem to change again after 4K rpm again. I do wonder if it is to combat drone, i will find out when i finally get my valve control unit fitted.

I'm looking at these as a cheaper alternative to new louder exhaust or removing the centre silencers and welding in straight pipes.

Would you recommend the controller to add a bit of volume in dynamic all the time rather than after 4k revs or so?

Thanks :)

Interested in this also. Quite like the idea of the valves staying open on cold start. Reminds me of my old M3 which used to sound great on cold start. These tease with a small open of the flap then close and sound rubbish again!

Watching the Brexit negotiations with interest, if a 'no deal' exit is confirmed I'll order one for the current ride immediately rather than having to pay import duty from Jan 1st 2021.

I heard that there is a Bluetooth version of the Cete controller that has an App. What extra features does this have and what does the App control?

I came across that too when I had the B9 - I have a feeling that's the Miltek offering. I had an appointment with a Miltek dealer to get one installed when I had the B9 - the dealer had forgotten to order the part apparently and then couldn't get it at all.

I unplugged the connectors to my RS4 to keep valves open all the time (ie doing what the cete controller could do) and it made hardly any difference to the sound of the exhaust :(
Won't be ordering a controller now.

It seems the only way of getting a decent sound is to change the exhaust system.
