Thoughts on RS4 Sport Edition Purchase Please

I am still looking at purchasing an RS4 ,
just wondered on peoples thoughts on the Sport Edition,?

Would you purchase one without the Comfort & Sound package for the right price ?

Seems there are a few forsake at Dealers

Have been mulling this over myself, I think it depends what you’re coming from and whether you value the options or wouldn’t actually miss them.

With drive the deal discount levels I may opt for a new one, can’t decide

Traffic jam assist is excellent with the adaptive cruise control, I wouldn’t want to be without it now. Also consider if you are buying the car, having popular options should hold the resale price and make it more desirable.

I think if I could get a Sport Edition for 55 wish I would have one,
Even with Drive the Deal a new one with half decent spec would be 67 for the Cabon Black Edition.

the standard one doesn't have much at all

Think I was at about 63 on base car fully loaded but on 19s which would be my preference on new order

I fancied the black pack and I don’t think that can be specced on a base model

Agree with that, clear as mud.
Also agreed on black pack but will settle for getting the bits wrapped if no likey

I have just sent over my drive the deal quote to Yorkshire/Clydesdale for a quote.

Base car plus:
Metallic
Pano roof
RS exhaust
Storage and luggage
Driver assistance
Comfort and sound

Discounted price OTR - £63,551

Will be interesting to see what comes back

I would have to have the Carbon Black Edition as I would like darker alloys and black styling pack

I have seen a few new RS4's at a couple of dealers this week,
They look stunning - I am pushing had for a good discount to see if I can get myself in to one of those instead of a 19 plate Sport Edition.

The Navarra blue Carbon edition looks great to me
