Have a 2018 RS4 - MIMI reboots after approx 5 mins driving, resets screen totally, then goes back to last radio / nav location/station at switch off the night before. Is this just a software update at service?

There is a tpi for the mmi.
I still have to have it done, and I don’t know if it fixes your issue.

Car booked into MK Audi today for oil & inspection service, diagnostics on Mimi under warranty- software update required & applied.
