Wheel Alignment

Know there are a few comments in the tyre thread... but wanted advice please.

Need wheel alignment as the tell tale signs are there - inside of nearside front much more worn than inside of offside, and has not felt great in corners for a few mths. Took to local Kwik Fit on Sat to check how bad (they have the newer Hunter system) and told me they can't do anything because it has a camera for collision avoidance (I don't have the lane assist etc) and they can't configure... so go to Audi.

Called Audi who want £350...... vs. £95 at Kwik Fit.. ouch.

Any ideas/advice from others who have had alignment done? Thanks

Check out alignmycar.co.uk or something like that for places near you.
Your first mistake was taking it to kwik fit, I had a similar issue with my RS6 i.e. They refused to touch it in case they put something out. And even in my RS4 which they did touch once when I took it back to them after they balles it up they said they couldn't do anything as they didn't have the right tools.

PS, I've never had any issues with adaptive cruise control, matrix LED headlights or any other system reliant on cameras / sensors even after lowering it.
Is yours lowered?

'Wheel alignment' is often taken to mean front wheels - and you actually need a 4 wheel chassis alignment check because having the rears out of alignment can scrub the front tyres too.

Silverline Wheels in Warwick did my RS4 - was long way out and it transformed the handling - was about £70 https://www.silverlinewheels-tyres.com/wheel-alignment/
