Hi,
Can somebody please advise me regarding my new 2019 Rs4.
Having now owned for three Weeks having a closer look found a Small Air compressor & fluids bottles with a Small tool role for wheel nuts, this is at front of Boot well where spare would be.
My question is to the rear of Boot a second carpet panel hinged up reveales a mounlded tool tray, but nothing in it. NOT EVEN A JACK, the tray has many mounting for something but nothing at all is supplyed. Is this right?

NOT right.
If it's new as you say, & you're first time owner, then your Dealer needs to deliver 'to as advertised' spec. A small wait maybe but should be a non issue to have property kitted.

I have a jack and some tools and a compressor in mine, but no (optional spare)

which market is your car?

UK cars have a space saver spare wheel as standard equipment but I think some markets have an inflation kit. Obviously a spare wheel needs a jack but I am not sure if an inflation kit would.

Mine is from the German market.
Space saver was optional and not specced on my car.
Tire kit was included.

Mine is UK car, maybe as stated here Inflation Kit.
Would like option to take wheel of though!
Will Check with dealer and buy if option, I suppose buying from dealer only option

Besides, they only last around 100 km at low speed.
Please let me know what they charge you.
