Ha ha I’ve had it for the last couple of weeks,
Over major bumps it feels solid but on roads with poor road surface I hear a faint noise from the rear like it’s something rattling in the boot like a cd, so emptied the book out and still hear it but not consistently.
I now fear that I am trying to find something that may not be there and it’s driving me crazy 😝
Oh and that’s in comfort mode not noticed in dynamic and don’t use auto
Having exactly the same issue on my B9.5. Did you find out what the issue was and get it fixed in the end?

Classic symptoms of low DRC pressure. Don’t ask me how I know…

Bit of a thread revival, mine is knocking like crazy, what's the cost of replacing the accumulators.

Seems to come from all 4 corners..

Edit: circa £6500.00 for those that are interested..

DRC issues

I had my 2020, B9.5 RS4 B9.5 in 3 times.

First over Dec 20, Jan 21 for over 6 weeks.
They swapped 2 rear shocks & the left & right accumulators. This improved the rattle but didn’t fix it & said they planned to compare to another.

I lived with the noise & it got worse again. The car went back in June 2022. It was in for around 4 weeks. At least one if not both accumulators were replaced. The tech himself said Audi wouldn’t design & sell a car as noisy as this. I was given the car back & it was noisier, worse than it ever was.

The car went back in September. This time about 2 weeks

THEY FIXED IT :-)

I have attached screen shots of the report from the last repair

My car no longer sounds like it has a set of golf clubs in the boot. The noise was horrendous. I was at the point of selling it.

Every day I drive my car I smile now. The noise has gone ! Whoop whoop. It took a lot of perseverance by the garage tech & I dare say me not accepting this was just how it should be.

The report had two sides hence two pics

I’m one delighted RS4 owner
