rear bumper protector

I'm a keen clay-shooter so often loading up at the rear of the car - the top surface of the rear bumper is especially vulnerable. I managed to buy a proper carbon-fibre item for the previous RSQ3 from Taiwan but finding something decently tasty is proving difficult. The stainless steel items look a little tacky so at the minute an RGM

Is there anything better?

Thanks.

I have a PPF strip on my rear bumper. It was about £20 and after 2.5 years still looks the same and is hard to see unless looking for it, especially on a dark car.

Thanks Mark, and to Mike too. OK for £9.99 the plastic film is worth a try! I'm going to contact the chap in Taiwan and see if he will make an Avant B9 bumper protector in CF too.

It only does the top but works well with my retriever - no marks in 5 months in and he is in the car every day.

Fitted the £9.99 bumper protection film last night - absolutely as per the instructions and it is indeed virtually invisible. Thanks for the advice.

Rear bumper protector - take 2.

24 hours later one area of the film was lifting so had a brief **** it moment and the film was in the bin.

Richard Grant Mouldings - aka RGM and Rearguards do an RS4 specific ABS strip, not exactly cheap at £69.55 delivered but does fit perfectly:http://www.rearguards.co.uk/index.php?a ... 04g2d32183
