Ordered my RS4 6 weeks ago and still no build date. Looks like these are going to be like bum holes. Everyone has one
Anyone else got one on order??

Hi Paul,
I see you're Aberdeenshire - me too. I've only seen a couple about up here, both Nardo cars. I went to Perth for mine for one reason or another, and my build date came way forward for some reason. Had originally been end of May, then jumped forward to mid March.
Really enjoying mine on the roads here - a late night run out Deeside was particularly good. The car is clearly in its element on sweeping A roads - the car is very stable cornering at speed. I'm planning a run over the Lecht road and in about the whisky trail roads some time soon.
My car is non-DRC and find the stock set-up ideal for our roads. A bit of a fidget at lower speeds, but well damped and controlled under load. Winter may be a different story, but I'll be running 19's.
I can see why it is popular!

There is some emissions thing that seems to have all models on hold, perhaps no more than that?

Good to know. I went with DRC mainly for the in-laws comfort. Its the fidget bit I want to reduce as much as possible. I am sure it would have been fine without though.

That must be WLTP. I know the RS4 and RS5 are already tested and compliant. Trouble is no one believes Audi anymore

As per my post back in April...
viewtopic.php?f=131&t=128236#p882906
It's because they are re-tooling production lines, model line-ups are changing, and then there's the emissions <beep>-up which is impacting.

As popular as they seem to be, I've still not seen another one on the road in the 3 months I've had mine now
