I completely agree with this and the sole reason I prefer the ZF8 of the C7 to the DSG in the RS3.

do you think the ZF8 can learn your driving style or is that an urban myth?
Current : 2018 F5 RS5 (Let's Fire Up the Quattro)

Yes they learn I had the same box in my F01 BMW and loved it.
Really pleased with it in the RS4 too.
