Finally Collected & Brake Squeal

Mine has come back again, but yes repeating harsh braking sorts it out. I will maybe wait a few months and then get Audi to sort it out.

Anyone have comfort and sound pack and know how to do the stupid boot kicking thing to open it? Doesnt seem to work for me. Maybe need to do full rain dance or something??

Just a note i feel like chucking up after i bed in my disks not sure how hard you were braking but if you font feel sick after your not braking hard enough

My B9 also had some mild brake squeal in first couple of weeks around town, but this disappeared after a long drive down country on open roads and some more spirited use of the pedal. I expect like others have said it’s a issue of build-up on the pads with only light brake pressures.

My B8 was a nightmare for brake squeal - sounded like a 20 year old garbage truck pulling up to the lights. Front discs and pads replaced but still not completely cured.

Brake squeal here also on standard brakes. Still bedding in the car but a bit frustrating. Seems to get worse in-town driving. Will try the 70-10 method. thanks
