The green foot must be telling you you’re lifting too early. The following words Boost Max, are telling you have to solve the problem, surely.

I have only just worked out you can change all the seat settings to hug you more! I thought it was just for massage.

I found the massage shortcut button today, that was a technical revelation for me

Button on right hand side of seat low down (assume RHD car). If you "feel for it" it's easy to find imho.
