What’s people’s thougts on the tuneability of the 2.9 v6, gains from Abt don’t look as good as the cheaper and simpler Litchfield gains on the 2.5 straight 5?

Only one i would trust would be MRC
I have asked my dealer about the ABT tune but as far as he knows this is not available through Audi UK

I spoke with Bath Audi (who are supplying my B9 and my last 2 B8's), and they can supply the ABT mods and still keep the warranty, which is worth its weight in gold on these cars.
However, it's not cheap and I think the 510ps conversation is the best part of £4k
Personally, I think MRC are the best in the business for RS models, but you'd lose any claims if something goes wrong with the car, and Audi will try and wriggle out of anything, engine related or not.
I've been in a litchfield C7 RS6 and the quality of work and the way the engine fuels the power delivery is spot on

Is the 510ps a tuning box?

Aren't all of ABT's motor tuning products done with a box?

It's an ECU change, but I don't know whether that's via a box or a direct remap.
It also includes a larger intercooler and a few other small bits and bobs

Has your stealer put their writing where their mouth is? I’d want to see that backed by AUK too as it’s their warranty.

I didn’t follow it up, but pretty sure they’d be happy to do so

That implies that all the parts that ABT don't replace are good for 510hp i.e. gearbox, brakes etc. I think that's probably mainly the gearbox

It’s not an ecu change, it’s a piggyback ecu setup.

Note, This is nothing like the <beep> tuning boxes you see for sale.

They do not cover the ABT upgrade in the UK only avalible in Germany and a few other countries
When asked why not the UK no real answer just that ABT and Germany Audi work together with thd upgrades

I wonder if it is still possible to order a RHD car from a European dealer?

That was predictable.
