Maybe we'll see an ABT / Ackro / Audi sport package instead of the speed limiter option

i remember early sales of the B8 the sports pack only had Rotor alloys the V spokes were 2k above that package price
then the offered them in the pack so you choose v spoke of rotor
i hope they do the same with the B9 regarding the Milled alloys and the carbon pack but time will tell
There is going to be an 'Audi Sport' package launched a few months into the lifecycle, it's already being listed (without specific details) by some of the brokers, however I personally don't expect to see the milled alloys on anything but the CE, unless they drop the CE compeltely.
My contact told me the sport pack that was being launched was 20" wheels, Dynamic suspension, Dynamic steering and sports exhaust. Probably save a couple of hundred quid over spec'ing them separately

Like the B8 then

Wait to see what wheels it gets.

Worth waiting for because if I remember rightly that was quite a saving over specking them individually

People wanted all those bits but the steering

I gather the dynamic steering is worth NOT having

It’s better than the dynamic steering in the b8, but still not great and certainly not worth spending extra cash on
In saying that, I’ve not driven a B9 with the standard steering, so can’t compare

And will maintain some value on GFVs no doubt

I had a look at one in Misano Red at Leeds Audi today. It’s stunning, really dates the C7 RS6. It’s 100% the RS to buy. Only criticism would be the plasticky centre console which should be full carbon or piano

Agree, it dates the C7 RS6. But the 6 is WAY more imposing. Paradoxically that is exactly why I am moving down from a 6 to a de-badged 4. To the uninitiated, in a low profile colour and on 19s at least, it slips nicely under the radar. Q car.

I still haven't had a proper survey (just seen briefly on on a forecourt) but I'm not convinced it dates the 6, but then I would say that. Mine is a PE in daytona with black pack and no badges and I can't think how many times I have been asked the question 'is it an RS6?', so I think (and hope) it slips nicely under the radar. Conversely, the RS4 looks very busy in its detailing and seems to nod more in the direction of M products, which is a negative for me, but I should qualify the remarks by restating that I have only seen one in the flesh and didn't dwell for long. The reports I have read suggest it is a move up from the B8 and I am interested (previously owned B7 & 8) because the 6 is so big and heavy, I miss the nimbleness of the 4.

Foxy, size and better tech aside, the 6 wins hands down. But I need a smaller lower profile car..

Probably the best comparison I can give it, is that it feels like a smaller, lighter RS6 performance.
Tech wise, other than the dash, they're very similar cars

Had a look at dealers second demo car this morning. Spec very similar to what I want hence looking.
This car has a ‘design pack’ fitted which includes alcantara trimmed steering wheel, door panels, transmission tunnel.
Thing is it’s not on UK Configurator and dealer a bit stumped about it.
His spec sheet for the car lists it at £1400 but that’s about it. Any body have any further info?
Also this car had aluminium anthracite trim. Looks very nice.....
