Adding JF Automotive to the mix.

https://www.jfautomotive.co.uk/

http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/to ... ne.367914/

And I think we've deduced that the ABT upgrade is not covered by a warranty here in the UK.

Anyone heard from MRC yet?
JF Automotive are a <beep> joke...

I wasted £1200 (after recommendation from 2 "guru's" on here) on an engine and gearbox "stage 2" at JF Automotive

After I went to MRC, who were laughing at the engine tune "worst they had ever seen" and told me gearbox had not been touched....

Car was night and day better after MRC

Don't touch JF Automotive with a bargepole....

I am sure the JB4 will be £400-500 and produce the same if not more power
Yes, I have it since 2014 in my 335i N54. Well configured and managed is the better way together with a BEF (and FOB, etc).
I wouldnt have any doubt between them...

Looks like piggyback is the only option for now.

more tuning options

add 2nd intercooler (would it cause a high DP across 2 coolers?), or just bin the charge cooler in favour of a single huge front mount.

Looking at the pics attached would not be that difficult to do

good find. Some progress already with tuning. Over 600bhp would be interesting. Not great gains from the hybrid though only 40bhp for crazy money

I’ve just done this to one of my other cars.

Are you proud?

Ahh, I see now. attention to detail was poor there lol.

Looks a good chunk bigger. 400+ bhp? must be bloody fast given the cars weight

Fyi at Rockingham yesterday standard car was getting to 60mph in 3.28s. Not bad for a big old bus!
