Fyi at Rockingham yesterday standard car was getting to 60mph in 3.28s. Not bad for a big old bus!

450bhp wont do 3.28 in a 1700kg car, looks like Audi are sandbagging the RS4 power. I like lol. Not seen any on the rollers yet, got to be a good chunk over 450bhp??

I thought I saw one dyno'd before a remap (actually might have been a tuning box) recently and it hit pretty much stock numbers.

Just as a note, the RS6s were hitting better than expected numbers at Rockingham at the weekend too including one member on here who started the day at Santa Pod then went to GTi International and was recording faster times (from memory it was around 2.6 seconds at Santa Pod then 2.4 seconds at Rockingham). Not sure if there is a little slope at Rockingham as it is a race track rather than a dedicated drag strip like Santa Pod) or perhaps the timing gear is slightly further away from the start line; either of which would explain the better times recorded there. I think the santa pod times matched the times recorded on Dragy for the same runs.

The CarWOW YouTube channel has dyno'd their RS4
460.2 HP

Though I am always a little skeptical with guys like these who "estimate" the fly wheel HP. :beerchug:

Torque is the major difference imho especially vs the RS3, loads of it and low down so it just goes in almost any gear.

HI,
I have mine booked in with these guys. They have been super professional in the correspondence and explaining. You can do the DIY version if you want as the tuning box is a plug and play module pre-configured, but I've never ever been on a rolling road, so i fancy it for a treat.

https://www.jfautomotive.co.uk/

If anyone is interested I can also post the manual on here too to show you how to fit it. You just need to buy it. £699 it is.

Just fyi it was 460hp but well up on torque at 520ft2.

I did get the JFA box where it then dyno'd at 520hp and 560ft2 torque.

I do have the box for sale as I sold the RS4 back in Mar 19 ;)

No reason now with APR, UNITRONIC, REVO and other 2 or 3 first level tuning brands.
In my opinion.

On the other side, JB4 if you don’t want a tune.
