Sadly, as per my other post, your dealer has been fully aware of the issues for months.

The telling sign for me is the internal configurator has also had many key models removed for configuration, including all the RS models...

I know for sure that sales staff were aware of delays to new orders on the 31st May because one told me. When did you order?

You could try threatening them with cancellation but I doubt it will improve things.
And you could lose your deposit.

Didn't you look for a dealer with an allocation?

The authorities don't believe they have got the full extent of Audis cheating in the various tests.
Audis CEO was put in Jail just over a week ago because they think he will interfere with the investigation.

Hence the investigation must still be ongoing and it must be serious to jail the guy before he has been convicted.

but don't be surprised when it turns out Audi have cheated that test too
and the fix might mean later models come with less power

ordered on 10th May

No never looked at dealer allocation. Bought 4 from them and always been on the ball. Think I will drop the guy an email today and see what he says
