Come on Cov, stop messing around and tell us what you really think!
Early start of the Sherry today?
You think that's bad. Over on the TT forum they are on page 365 and there's STILL no TTRS to order. There were a handful of dealer allocated fixed spec (3 combinations) cars, then nothing but silence, then pages and references slowly being taken off the AUK website.
Wavy discs have been warping, looks like gradually being replaced across the board.535dboy wrote:Wavy brakes and pop up spoiler gone

Didn't know that - still on my original ones since 2012!Terminator_X wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2017 9:35 pmWavy discs have been warping, looks like gradually being replaced across the board.535dboy wrote:Wavy brakes and pop up spoiler gone

TTRS couldn't be spec'd, punters could only buy dealer owned ones or dealer spec'd ones. Still not available to option!535dboy wrote:Have I missed somethingkmpowell wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2017 9:15 pmYou think that's bad. Has the TTRS not materialised for Joe public
I've seen one at the dealer and ones in the magazines of course.
62 - 72 is a 16% increase which is about what UKP has lost against the euro post brexit - I wonder if B8 vs B9 the same price in euro land and we are just seeing the first post Brexit prices ? If so better hope Audi get the B9 into production before we are finished with Art 50 and we gwt import duty too.
Audi UK were allocated only 200 pre-made cars which they dished out to dealers. Depending on the size of the dealer, some got one coupe or a roadster, some got one of each, and some got 2 of each. All the cars fell into one of 4 fixed specs, codenamed A,B, C or D (some digging by the guys on the forum found that some option codes had these letters prefixed to identify which UK car had what). Dealers were then told they ALL had to be sold by the end of 2016, so if they weren't sold they registered them and sold them as demo cars. There have never been any factory orders available.535dboy wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2017 9:37 pmHave I missed somethingkmpowell wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2017 9:15 pmYou think that's bad. Oddly enough, I wasn't aware of this either, yet yesterday I was in Oxford and I spotted a Nardo grey TTRS filling up at the same petrol station I was at. Didn't even register that it was basically rocking horse <beep> (no pun intended).kmpowell wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2017 9:15 pm
