Ah yes the disease of kings, need to watch out for that.
But you're right, we are on page 41 and still no RS4!

You think that's bad. Over on the TT forum they are on page 365 and there's STILL no TTRS to order. There were a handful of dealer allocated fixed spec (3 combinations) cars, then nothing but silence, then pages and references slowly being taken off the AUK website.

It's like the car never existed

TTRS couldn't be spec'd, punters could only buy dealer owned ones or dealer spec'd ones. Still not available to option!

The exact same spec new RS5 is ten thousand (yes £10k!) more than my B8! £72k OTR v £62 OTR.

Madness.
62 - 72 is a 16% increase which is about what UKP has lost against the euro post brexit - I wonder if B8 vs B9 the same price in euro land and we are just seeing the first post Brexit prices ? If so better hope Audi get the B9 into production before we are finished with Art 50 and we gwt import duty too.

Exchange rate kind of makes sense I guess. If you config an A4 Avant 2.0 TDI quattro S line, it's just under 40k otr with paint alone! Plus now anything over £40k pays a large road tax surcharge

New model is the right time to introduce a price change, rather than bump the prices mid way through, as do they announce or go overnight ? Both make issues for sales. It has been almost a year since referendum vote so I would expect any currency hedges will have finished or possibly Audi UK held prices from profits until new models launch.

Perversely if they had increased mid model it would have protected the residuals of the previous gen cars which this won't do so much, just increase the distance to a new car by an extra 16%.

Audi UK were allocated only 200 pre-made cars which they dished out to dealers. Depending on the size of the dealer, some got one coupe or a roadster, some got one of each, and some got 2 of each. All the cars fell into one of 4 fixed specs, codenamed A,B, C or D (some digging by the guys on the forum found that some option codes had these letters prefixed to identify which UK car had what). Dealers were then told they ALL had to be sold by the end of 2016, so if they weren't sold they registered them and sold them as demo cars. There have never been any factory orders available.

The wierdest thing about it all was a handful of dealers had the order screens available on their systems, so they put some orders through for customers. All of those orders were cancelled in teh space of a week, with a note saying that no orders were begin taken and a customer had to choose from one of the pre-built cars.

There have been rumours that it's do do with an engine supply problems and air-con refrigeration problem, but no answer has ever been given definitely.

Phuck me. Only comes home when you spec a car and look at the £££. £87k. 87. What the <beep>. That's RS6 money. Even with 10% discount these are not going to fly off the shelf.

Oddly enough, I wasn't aware of this either, yet yesterday I was in Oxford and I spotted a Nardo grey TTRS filling up at the same petrol station I was at. Didn't even register that it was basically rocking horse <beep> (no pun intended).
It's all torque talk.

Just think of the value on them just now? surely scarcity must have made them appreciate?

I'd be cashing in, then getting my name down for the cayman GT4RS...
