Oil change?

Hi Folk,
Bought my car new Rs4 last September from Newcastle Audi, only just completed 3,000 miles in last six months, got into car yesterday and a notice came on Dash for Oil Change in 27 days.
Was not told about six month service, does this sound right Audi closed no one answered phone at moment.

Also would like to hold a spare bottles of Oil in Boot, What Oil should I buy as top up

Afaik mine was 9k miles or 12 months whatever came first.

You can reset yourself on the menu. First service in 9k or 12 months whichever comes first.

Thank you for information above.

Audi Customer service called me today from my email, they appologised for error in computor set up, telling me this need setting on my collection.
They also told me to take car in to Audi service centre when possable, where they will carry out Oil Service Free of Charge.
Was not expexting that, Thanks Audi

Im worried now as my car is a 2018 reg and just covered 14000 miles without a service! I have queried it a couple of times with my local Audi dealership and they said it is not due until year 2, or xxxx number of miles (i forget the mileage but i am nowhere near it).

Correct. Mine stated 30k km for the first service.
But I defenitely won’t be doing that, had it changed it at 5k and then 15k km intervals.
