Black front and rear ring badges

Anyone replaced there front and rear ring badges yet
if so were did you get the from as the site i got my set for the B8 does not do the ring badges anymore
i know there are some on ebay but the first set i got for my B8 the rear badge was smaller than the original

HI, i ordered some from Germany, they were good, i think the back badge was a few mm smaller, but not noticable. There is a way to get the front badge off without removing the grill, and beware that the new one will never fit as good as the old, but mine is in place, very nicely and never moved.

I honestly think that if you order a UK one and they are smaller then you can return them. PM me and I can send you the link to the German ones.

Final point, apparently in the USA now you can get OEM ones from Audi.... but they don't have the RS4. SO you would need to check the size etc

I got OE rings painted black by Audi. Not cheap though!

A question which some forum members may be able to answer.

I have B8 spare rings, FR & RR & hope to paint black and fit to B9 (due soon).
The RR rings, while profiled to trunk skin, I think can be made to fit without issue on B9.

Regarding FR rings, these are also profiled (cross section) to front Grille.
Can anyone confirm that B8 Rings are interchangeable with B9, in particular for FR?

Re changing out chrome for black, RR & FR, kudos to anyone that decided to change & managed to remove the FR grille rings by wedging / leveraging off. [I watched a few YouTube videos, - without removing grille that is - and I figured it looked doable].
I had ZERO success to leverage off those rings, not a budge - and I tried a few different removal tools over a decent amount of time. I risked damaging the ring ‘surround recess’ on grille so ended up opting to sacrifice the FR chrome rings, using a rooter drill to allow routing through of a pulling wire, and brute force over tlc approach:)
Bruised pride, black rings....satisfaction restored.

I have managed to change the front and rear badges, however enquired about the side door/bonnet badges, someone on Instagram suggested EUR 270.. seems a bit pricey for a few pieces of plastic...

60EUR each in our country. They are the most expensive from black kit. It is 300EUR optional when you are ordering car with Black Emblems.

Thanks for the replies, I was going to have them wrapped, however the letter and numbering cannot be done.. May go down the eBay route... thanks for the link..

Jealous that the Swiss have such neat (compact) License Plates!!

Also went full (gloss) 'Black Rings & Logo's', FR & RR.
A personal taste thing I know, but looks the part more I think when you have Black Grille and or Black and or Carbon Trim package.
