Was this Sat morning you had this? Im sure you passed me on South Deeside (blue 996) and I did think the car stood out from the other bazzilion S3's, A4's around here. Only just but it was enough for me to notice so its stubtly agreesive.

It’s is a CE, that bit is correct. The Carbon edition comes with the “Carbon Matt aluminium pack” as standard. That pack consists of Carbon front splitter/spoiler and Matt aluminium grill surround and trim all round.

Your right about the spec sheet, car definitely has disc brakes so why believe the rest of it.

My B8 goes in Monday to have one of the dampers replaced (started leaking and got DRC knock, same damper that was replaced 35k miles ago), and I have use of a B9 for a couple of days, so looking forward to seeing what it's like before I get my order in

Re the OP, nardo and silver has always looked nasty. Nardo and black pack quite the opposite imho.
