Depends on which stage mule. But first mules are normally a minimum of 12-15mths away from official details being released.

The pictures appearing, and the dates of previous mule>production releases all seem to tie in with what I was told when I bought my B8 back in January. I took it on a 2yr PCP because I was told the end of the PCP would almost certainly coincide with the B9 order books opening.

If it retains the boxed arches and has a decent power train I'll probably swap at the end of my PCP. :)

They said you never know, we might make one. I said that's one customer lost.

I drove RS3 on Lusitz Ring in he summer and it is hell of a fast car on the ring. Loads of fun, great acceleration, superb handling in turns. More fun than RS6 for me

which RS6? I thought mine was ok on the ring, makes you concentrate hard on the weight transfer when coming off the brakes and turning in. On small circuits I think the big 6's are pretty bad, I've taken mine round silverstone and goodwood, both times pushing as hard as i could and it was just going sideways around any tight bend. It's amusing but gets old quick when you see the tyres! lol.

I think any reasonably fast small car would be much more fun to be fair.

Which RS3 are you talking about? HYFR's comment about the Predigree Chum was about the 8P.

Latest models of both cars. RS3 2.5litres turbochared 370PS, S tronic gear, bucket seats. Buckets made huge difference in steering when turning. Agile, very quick and superb responsive beast.
RS6 had comfort seats plus it is so much larger and heavier, hence difficult steering at chicanes and rather clamsy at elf testing for most of us there.
