PM's not sending

Have been trying to send a PM since yesterday, from both my phone and laptop, but when I hit 'Submit' it just brings up the 'Preview Message' view and whatever I do I can't get it to appear in my Outbox or Sent Messages.

Anyone else had this problem...I've always been able to send PMs before from the same phone/laptop with no issues...?

No idea mate. Had a look around the admin section and Google, it seems you may be unique. The best I can suggest is CTRL+F5 when you are in the screen to write a Private Message, then write the message and send. Feel free to use me as a test target.

Phil - thanks for looking into this...

I think it's a problem with my phone. If I start a PM using my phone & try to submit it, I get the problem described above. Even if I save as a draft and then try to send it from my laptop, I can't get it to send.

However, if I write the PM on my laptop & send it from there, it works fine!

So the workaround is for me to not use my phone to send PM's...a bit annoying but not the end of the world! A bit odd, but not worth worrying about...

i had a problem sending pm's off my phone, kept asking me to log in? Not using tapatalk? Does taptalk make it much easier??

Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro....I'm using the inbuilt browser rather than Tapatalk. Do you think Tapatalk is likely to get around the problem?

So this is the native Android browser. I use Tapatalk, so have not used the native browser. Tapatalk seems pretty good, but it does seem to have issues dealing with replies to announcements.

tell you the other thing i have alot on the mobile mr t. if i'm in the classifieds say and use the scroll down forum selector at the bottom, when i select rs6 c5 forum it brings a message up saying the forum does not exist?

Just tested both the PMs and Jump To features on my Desire HD (Running the Revolution HD 6.1.5 ROM) and it works fine.

Not sure how I can help unless I can reproduce the issue. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you have updated your phone software (Use WiFi to same time and money).
