RS246 v5 - Things we like (Bug tracker for those we don't!!)

I like:

- "Change font size" in the top right hand corner.
- The theme is growing on me, and I like it more due to it being out of the box and upgrade friendly.
- Moderator function now exists, so it means we can have real alerts to reported posts.
- Completely seperated from the main site, so it means we should be able to reduce the risk of malware/viruses/trojans/etc by keeping the software updated.
- phpBB is probably the most popular forum software around, so there are lots of things we can consider adding.

Sorry guys, cannot get on with this at all.
I did have a flick thru and the only on that i seem to get on with is the Avalon. Maybe its because i am colour blind i find that all these forums nowadays tend to have different shades of the same colours and it really fucks my eyes and head up. Actually makes me dizzy!
But hey, Not a massive contributor anymore, and will go with the flow...... in small doses!

Good features and functionality maybe in this version, but has lost the look and feel and useability and friendlyness of old layout for me, finding it a bit hard to get on with If I am honest.

Just tried to send a PM, the message is sitting in the outbox and has not gone to the sent items box yet, the text associated with the message implies it has been sent so would expect it to be in the sent items box.

Has the PM been sent?

Would also be good if the save draft, preview and submit buttons were directly below the text box you type in rather than below the bottom of the screen due to the excessive depth of smilies, the old way of giving basic smilies and a link for others was better i.e. less scrolling around trying to find things.

Agree on the smilies. Will clean them up at some point.
