Hi guys,
Can you add PDFs to the list of allowed attachments. Also, I can attach but can't send attachments with PMs. If it's available, it should really work.

It gives a message "Sorry, but the maximum filesize for all Attachments in your Private Message Folder has been reached. Please delete some of your received/sent Attachments." um, I would delete some if I had any to delete.

Done, but there is a 256k limit on all files. I realise this is pretty low, so let me know what you think would make sense.

Thanks for that Phil. I was trying to pm a 17K file as a test! No attachments work in PMs at all, don't think it's a file limit issue.
Also, I wanted to upload the Solar Roof Fix for the RS6 earlier today but it's 466KB, so no chance. Also I'm not sure that V.A.G would appreciate it.

I think something like 1MByte would be good, and if more is needed then use pm. Mailboxes (PM) should have different limits perhaps, both for individual message attachments and total mail storage. IMHO

Double it to 512K?
Also, on the subject of attachments; when posting a .gif or .jpg etc. does there have to be a 'frame' surrounding it (you know, the one showing the file name, number of times viewed etc)?

Cool, no worries on the 'frame' thingy. Like the new quick reply add-ins too (
Bold italics underline etc .... done for test) - jobs a good 'un.

Thanks Phil, good work!
I presume the attachment for PM size limit is the same as upload to forum (512KB)?

Yup... I'm not keen on increasing the limits due to disk space. Currently 512k for each file and 5MB per user.
