Cannot log in HELP !!

Simply cannot log in !! Ive used the password supplied But the system keeps telling Me Incorrect password used ???? Ive tried requesting a new one Which the system keeps telling Me has been mailed But its never arrived ????? Close to giving up now !!! TIA !

Right I finaly got the confirmation code and filled in the boxes which should then prompt the system to send a new password And what did I get ??? Another bloody confirmation code !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
