One for you I think Phil :-

I just noticed that I'm shown as the author of the following post :
http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNp ... ic&t=58373

but I wasn't (it was JAZZA)

Just thought I'd mention it...database corruption?

No idea how I'm gonna fix that.... Maybe the software has recognised CliveH as a post whore!!! :)

hmmm... and I'm not cheap either...

Seriously, I'm not bothered about being credited with the authorship of a thread in which I was a mere poster, but just thought I should bring it to your attention, as things could be going amiss elsewhere in the database, and having potentially more significant repercussions.

I'm also down as the author for the 'Nitrous' post in the tuning and mod section, I am not. I think it maybe a problem as it looks like a thread from the forsale section has been cut and pasted into tuning and mods!

Indeed.... And you were the first to post off topic.

We are splitting off topic posts out of the threads.

Really? Now I would have said the first person after the original 'For Sale' post not making an enquiry about the sale would have been first (coincidentally where you 'cut and paste' from), closely followed by the response to that, then me ....

 Good idea! But are you only going to move the off topic part, as sometimes, the threads continue after the rants/'off topic-ness' has finished ;)

Off topic banter has been getting bad lately, and much as it may be fun at the time looking back at a later date it reduces value IMO. Sorry a little off topic from the title :?

I noticed a while ago Clive being an auther but not the original poster... Time to put the toys away Phil and get the new server up??

Yes it has. A number of threads have been cleaned up today.

How are splitting threads and the new server related ? :?
