Hello peoples.

I've been thinking about combining the S and RS forums, so Bushy's idea was to put it to the vote.

<FORM METHOD=POST ACTION="http://forums.rs246.com/forums/dopoll.php"><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME="pollname" VALUE="1046638543PhilT">
<p>Combine S and RS forums?
<input type="radio" name="option" value="1" />A bit like this....images/rsul/combinesandrs.jpg
<input type="radio" name="option" value="2" />Or leave it as it is?
<INPUT TYPE=Submit NAME=Submit VALUE="Submit vote" class="buttons"></form>

Comments welcome.

Not sure what this achieves apart from simple "cosmetics" : I see it takes (1) one horizontal separation away -decreased ergonomics- and (2) pushes down the most popular channel (ie RS4) to the bottom.

So in doubt , I voted "Leave as it is"

BTW, guys, your site really rocks and is definitely a plus vs the old RS4.org.

Ah, one thing though : BRING ON THE VIDEOS !!!!

PS : I get a 404Not Found when I first vote. Then when voting again, it says " We already have a vote for this poll from this IP address" and it seems when viewing poll results that it was indeed recorded despite the 404.

Thanks for the feedback. The aim is to reduce the size of the main index to eventually/possibly have more forums. We could always start at RS6 and move down to S2. Don't get me wrong. I like things the way they are, I'm just concious of having too long an index...
