This is what happens when someone has to take charge, and just remember its my name on the top of the page, so when i get phone calls saying "if its not removed i will sue" i look for the quick and easy wayout.
Simon and Duncan if you were in my position you would do the same

well i'm sorry to hear what's happened - what a sad series of events.
maybe someone should focus on getting things sorted properly and giving real customer service then it wouldn't come to this.
anyway good that the thread is back now.

The thread was rightly cleaned on the basis that it was getting heated. As a result of it getting heated it was getting offensive and some valuable information became blurred, and possibly litigious.
