Upload problem

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I go to the gallery section, hit upload picture, fill in all the fields and keep getting "The page cannot be displayed". I've tried a few times without success :?

It could be a timeout. What size is the picture? Have you tried shrinking it with the Microsoft Picture Resizer?
