Not quite sure what has happened, had to get a new computer and since this I have not been able to get the 'smiles' page to come up

The very animal, except when set to allow pop-ups, it still does not work

Am using AOL 9 with broadband and Norton firewall/anti virus. I have noticed fewer postings with the use of the full page of icons, I can still access the smileys
