It's not the server, it's the forum software.... Know issue. Will look for a work around.

OK, so read loads of things regarding this....
Basically the argument is one of the following two:
1. The time the user sees doesn't matter... It the time at the destination (i.e. Server) that does. If we apply DST to the site, then it will affect people who do not have DST.
2. It's all about the user... Users should see the time that is relevant to them. Users don't care what time it is on the server!!
I agree completely with the second opinion, so will continue to look for a solution.
Anyway, in the meantime I have found out that the forum reads the time from the main site, so therefore you can set your time in "My Account" -> "Change your info". Or click on this link - http://www.rs246.com/user.php?op=edituser (Note that you will need to change it again when DST changes, or a fix is found).
I've changed mine and it appear to work, so I hope this helps.
