I completed our first software upgrade, and it worked first time!!! (It didn't with UBB Threads)
We were running version 1.2a and we are now at 1.2e. The new version addresses a number of security issues, but I don't think it really helps with the issues you have been having. The good news is that now this went so smoothly, we can comfortably upgrade in future
