I have managed to do thet pinging thing you guys suggested but the whole posting has disappeared from log in problems. What did it tell you?

Your problem appears to be at 203.208.148.101 203.208.154.10. There probably isn't a whole lot you can do apart from report it to your ISP. Basically they will use the cheapest route from you to here, it may not always be the quickest.
