Changing profile pics (FIXED)

Just tried to update my profile with a new image and this error was displayed
Warning: Unable to create 'e:\webs\
www.rs246.comsul/22.gif': No such file or directory in e:\webs\www.rs246.com\forums\changebasic.php on line 216

images/rsul/22.gif there is no file.
email me the file, and I'll put it in the Sig folder and give you the link. [img]images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
