Sorry for the outages today. An operating system upgrade caused a bunch of components to get upgraded which mean I needed to do an emergency upgrade of the forum software...

One bit of good news is that it's a step closer to enabling membership and disabling adverts.

First bug is the "Board index < < <" in the top right hand corner is broken when you navigate into sub forums. The forum names don't appear.

I’m getting this message whilst trying to move around the site. I don’t know what it means nor work out a pattern when it happens but I do seem to be able to work around it.

It come up when I click the Board Index tab on the TOP LEFT of my screen. (I’m using an iPhone).

I think it was a cached page. I had it earlier but it worked fine once I cleared the cache. Let me know if you see it again please

Still there when I press Board Index. I’m one of the least capable people on the planet when it comes to tech, have I got to “clear a cache”? What’s a cache?

It's a saved copy of the page on your device or a proxy server in the chain between your device and the website. Caching is designed to improve speed but also means you may not always get the latest version of the page/content. In time the cache should refresh and you will have a newer version of the content.

I had a try at fixing it this morning but it wasn't as simple as I had hoped. More work required
