Search funtion problem

If you include a 4 figure numerical value in the search terms, it never completes. 3 figures, fine. 4 or more, blank screen.
eg:
search.php?keywords=1600&terms=all&auth ... mit=Search

Oh, that's odd. It works on the phpBB site (
https://www.phpbb.com/community/search. ... words=1600), so it must be a problem here...

Finally found the time to dig into this and fix it!! Turned out to be a missing package php-mbstring

Cool. That also appears to have fixed a bug I was about to bitch about where the search doesn't complete and displays a blank page if you search for a term + author.

Yeah it seems it speeds up the search and the blank pages were because the backend was timing out. Sorry it took so long
