The 3 isn't a real rs. It has haldex, lol, 5 is nice bit a filler between 4-6 and 7 I don't know maybe they wanted old men to think they were cool.

No idea why it wouldn't work on all browsers, might be another MS "standard".

I use Chrome.

Still need to look into this though.

Add a nice rs246 logo in the favorites bar...
