I prefer the user profiles to be on the left hand side, seeing as we read from left to right (Im not Arabic) I like to see who posted it before I read the comment. O' gawd I dont like change...im an old fart stuck in my ways :assflash:

There's a quote button on ever post, or do you mean the quick reply box does have a quote button?

Quick little change here to see if it helps... I made the usernames blue so that they stand out a little better. The right hand side thing is just something to get used to ;)

The previous software was getting old and more and more difficult to maintain. This meant it became a risk and the developers have been pushing out the release dates for the new release for years.

This new version of phpBB brings us a whole new world of possibilities and is the first step towards the refresh of RS246 that will enable us to last another few years without major (software) changes.

Just to let you know that the board is being re-indexed (Expanding the search to include 3 letter words), so the search results might be incomplete for some of today.

Excellent news, this is one of my pet hates, many car forums dont have the 3 letter search ability, so that is a def plus. Yep I will get used to the right hand side thing :boohoo:

After using this new style for the past couple of days I have noticed that im having difficulty separating the subjects (and I do have 20 20 vision) is there a way to have a bolder line there separates the subjects, or a larger line break if that makes sense.

Oh and when we click on a picture can it open a new window rather than refresh the whole page.

Keep up the good work Phil

3 letter words is a big thing for us - Too many 3 letter acronyms.

Could you post a screenshot of what you mean regarding the subjects?

Will look at the picture thing. Would be nice to have something similar to Facebook, so will look at that.

Hmmm, just realised that we need 2 words also (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8).... Going to have to rebuild the indexes again....
