H&R coilovers and anti-roll bars - Group purchase

Spoke to John last fri, he said he could get into the lock up on Monday and would send items out then or if unable to send them he would phone me on tuesday to arrange refund before his holiday.
Heard nothing tuesday so I called nothing and again nothing today.
Benefit of the doubt I too gave!!! and am now pretty p***ed off.

Just checked my bank and the cheque I paid in yesterday has cleared. So, I have my money back.

Cheques take a minimum of 3 days to clear but will show up as available funds until you try and draw the uncleared funds out!

Still no money transfered this morning (not that it was likely), and he's now away for 2 weeks. Looks like we need to actually meet this guy when he's back and get a cash refund as otherwise this could drag on for ever.

Well, out of interest, my cheque has indeed bounced. It seems that Mr Kyriannis is nothing
more than a conman. Anybody else have any more news?

I only have the news that I am now out of pocket for 2 sets of coilovers, but only have one set to show for it. I'm ok until the 8th, but then the finance for my car will be taken and I'll be in the red until the 15th.
...only have myself to blame I guess, but I'm pretty pissed off still and I'll do whatever it takes to get my money back.

I don't have any more news to add, but I'm definitely up for using whatever channels are available to get my money back. I think paying John, or Mr Bogsyan a visit is the next port of call, the more the merrier!

OK, like I said earlier, from the company records I have the address of:

MR YERMET BOGOSYAN (this is the owner of the account we all paid into I believe)
MS SARAH FINCH (this is who my cheque was from). Hopefully they haven't moved in the
last two years. I am also assuming that Ms Finch is the current/former wife/girlfriend and that
the whole Florida trip was a sham.

I am out of the UK until the 13th but will certainly be keen to visit these people when I return.

Has anybody had any joy with the Police? - I think this is a clear case of fraud to be honest.

Spoke to Phil over the weekend re this issue, in particular this being a group buy on RS246. Not really had time to read all 16 pages of thread but I get the general idea that some of you guys feel you've been stiffed, and wrightly so.
