I would say if you need it as a feature you have your mail sent out to one address that then has an auto forwarder on it to the 2 address's you want to collect them on.
But that would mean S4tan using his brain to work out how to set up the forwarding as a rule in outlook ................ :assflash:

I would leave Outlook WELL out of the loop. Should be able to set something up at ISP level.

VirginMedia has it as a 'feature'

I would leave Outlook WELL out of the loop. Should be able to set something up at ISP level.

Hmmm ... probably best done in Outlook as the rules criteria would have to match the mails source address to only forward the RS246 auto-replies to the 2 accounts ... if done at SMTP/POP3 level then it would probably forward ALL mails to both accounts (I don't want work stuff sent to my personal mail account)

It looks like it might be a case that any posts that have been made with the 2 address's in will have the error?
