Tis a lovely garage, brick built, insulated and heated and has plenty of storage space in the roof :biggrin3:

Out of interest, how's it heated? I'm currently running my de-humidifier but heating/insulating would be a plan.

You want me to reveal more secrets :roll: ...........it is heated by under floor heating which is run by pool boiler in the winter...and switched to heating pool circuit during the summer.....bring your swimming shorts and a box of beer when you come.........if it is in the summer.......
